Magistrate Masule Kwezi dismissed the bail application of Micheal Amushelelo and Dimbulukeni Nauyoma today at Katutura Magistrate court.
The two are charged with a public violence at incitement to commit an offence with Amushelelo on an extra charge of assault through threat.
The magistrate stated that Amushelelo and Dimbulukeni committed these offences whilst they were out on bail due to previous offences, thus Kwezi stated that the two men may re-offend again if released on bail.
The two men were arrested earlier this month respectively after they went to China Town and protested as well as forcing the closure of Chinese businesses.
Amushelelo and Dimbulukeni are remanded in custody until July 5, 2022.
