Rundu Celebrates World Music Day
On June 17, the Rundu community celebrated World Music Day. Future local artists such Elia Davincii, Marven Southgate, Weezy-bee, and many others graced the day with electrifying performances.
World Music Day, often referred to as Fele de la musique, is an annual celebration of music that takes place on June 21. It is a worldwide occurrence that began in France in 1982 and has since expanded to several nations. The purpose of the day is to raise awareness of the importance and appreciation of music in all of its forms and genres.
