Jose Mourinho became the first ever manager to win European trophies with four different clubs after leading Roma to the Europa Conference League victory against Feyenoord on Wednesday .
Nicolo Zaniolo’s first half goal made the Portuguese couch to make history by winning the tournament helping him add another record to his name . He was the first couch to reach European finals with four different clubs . Mourinho won the champions league with Porto and Inter Milan before winning the Europa League in 2017 with Manchester United .
Roma has not won any silverware since 2007-08 when they won Coppa Italia . Three decades passed before they clinched their hands on the first ever European Conference League trophy. No Serie A team has ever won a UEFA club competition since Mourinho led Inter Milan beat Bayern Munich in the 2010 champions league finals and he has done it again by making a Serie A club win another European cup after a decade .
Roma’s success include three league titles in 1941 -42 ,1982-83 and 2000-01 plus nine Coppa Italia titles and two supercoppa Italiana titles . In European competitions , Roma lifted the Inter-Cities Fairs Cup in 1960-61 and Jose Mourinho helped them add the first ever European Conference league cup and he will surely try to add on more trophies.
