At the end of June 2022, the group’s real estate portfolio, consisting of 28 assets with a total lettable area 176,589 m2, amounted, in market value, to NAD 2.8 billion broken down into shopping centers (63.9%), industrial sites (21%), offices (10.4%) and residential (4.7%).
97.9% of the portfolio in value is realized in Namibia.
