It is alleged that the body of a male person was found lying in the room both arms tight with iron wire behind his back, and legs tight with a t-shirt, mouth covered with cloth and suspected the deceased was strangled to death, no open wound on the body, The body was discovered by a deceased brother who went to the said house after he tried to call his brother ( deceased) cellphone several times but the number was unreachable, deceased brother notify the police and deceased was identified as Benjamin Silombela, Namibian male, 41 years old, Namibian Male
