Vladimir Putin has been advised not to make long public appearances because
he is unwell, it has been claimed.
The Russian president had to have urgent medical assistance after falling
unwell following a one-and-a-half-hour meeting, according to sources.
The latest argument in favor of not speaking to the public was an incident
after a recent one-and-a-half-hour video-link meeting with representatives
of the military bloc.
